This is a follow up single to her previous song, Judas. It was produced by Fernando Garibay and DJ White Shadow. This was written by Gaga along with her dad, at their piano after her Grandpa's funeral.

This is a song by Gaga for her Grandfather after his death. The lyrics are powerful and the overall beat and sound to it just lifts it up. This is so amazing. Just to share a secret, I almost cried upon hearing this song because the intro is a strong heartbeat, and slowly failing.
I want my Family to play this at my Funeral. lol.
My interpretation for this song is that it is a love letter to Death and Grandpa Gaga. It's also like jumping off a cliff and going to the other side. (If there is one.).
