Review: Born This Way - The Video

It's amazing how Lady Gaga never fails to amaze me.
This is Lady Gaga's anthem for those oppressed, bullied, or teased because of their Religion, Race, Ethnicity, and Even Sexuality.
Some people aren't impressed with this video because they don't get what it means.
And because of the reason that Lady Gaga gave birth in this video.

To Start, this video has 6 Basic Gaga's.
The Mother Gaga, The Embryo Gaga, The Dancing Gaga, the Evil Mother Gaga, the Mugler Gaga, and the Gloved Gaga.

Let's get started with the review After the Jump!
SYNOPSIS:
The Video starts with the Mother Gaga, Narrating the Manifesto of Mother Monster. Which goes like this:
"This is the Manifesto of Mother Monster.
On G.O.A.T. A Government Owned, Alien Territory in space, A birth of magnificent and magical proportions took place. But the birth was not Finite. It was Infinite. As the wombs numbered, and the mitosis of the future began. It was perceived that this infamous moment in life is not temporal, It is eternal. And Thus began the beginning of the new race. A race within the race of humanity. A race which bears no prejudice, no judgment, but boundless freedom. But on that same day, as the mother hovered in the multi-verse, another more terrifying birth took place; the birth of evil.
And as she herself split into two, rotating in agony between two ultimate forces, the pendulum of choice began its dance. It seems easy you imagine; to gravitate instantly, and unwaveringly towards good. But she wondered, how can I protect something so perfect, without evil?"

As this manifesto was being narrated, a birth scene took place. So as the birth of evil did. The scene will be very graphic to some people, but it isn't. For me it's very artistic and dare I say, amazing.

After that manifesto, a large group of people, equally spaced apart, are shown bowing down. The Dancing Gaga walks in wearing only a Black bra and a black panty, Saying the lines to the intro, Dancing artistically among the bowing people. She makes the "Paws Up" hand sign and stares at it, then she bows down with the others.

The first verse starts with the dancing Gaga, dancing synchronized with her 'little monsters'. The dance sequence is fast and creative (choreographed by LaurieAnn Gibson). The first verse is mostly all-dance, showing some short shots of the Mother Gaga.

The chorus then starts with the Dancing Gaga, still dancing, to the choreography of the song.
The whole chorus is also all-dance. The Post-Chorus is sang by the Mother Gaga, artistically perched upon her birth-bed. Then the dancing Gaga enters the scene again, dancing the choreography, and lying on the ground to start the new chant of the little monsters:
"Don't be a Drag, Just Be a Queen". The dancing gaga Chanting it centered in her little monsters, doing the choreography.

The 2nd Verse Starts with Lady Gaga with a man, with the Mugler skeleton make-up, both of them, Sporting long tuxedos and Gaga having a long pig-tail. This 2nd verse is mostly centered on the Mugler-Gaga. Short shots are shown of the dancing Gaga, but it all comes back to the Mugler-Gaga. As the 2nd Verse progresses, Mugler-Gaga is shown flirting (?) with the man and circling him. The final words of the verse are sung by the dancing Gaga, Hugging, and getting hugged by her little monsters.

The Chorus then starts with the Embryo-Gaga singing the lines, along with some hand movements. This 2nd Verse is mostly centered in the Embryo Gaga. But the Mother Gaga is also shown in this chorus in short, simple shots, singing the lines. A short shot of the dancing Gaga, then back to the Mother Gaga, with a short shot of a Little Monster, Being Pulled out of her. The Embryo-Gaga is then shown finishing the chorus, now with some head movements, and more hand movements. The post-Chorus starts with the Dancing Gaga, Turned around and dancing, and some short shots of the Mother Gaga, with legs spread apart. And the Embryo Gaga. Then back to the Dancing Gaga, finishing the post chorus which leads us to the bridge.

The bridge is the most important part of this song because it's her message to all the oppressed and bullied.
The Dancing Gaga, Dances to the song and singing most lines of it. A complicated choreography is shown again, and a very short shot of Gaga doing the finger. The LGBT Part starts with Gaga, centered among her little monsters, dancing on a pool of placenta. And is starts showing Dancing Gaga, with her little monsters, putting their paws up, slowly as they are singing the lines. The Mugler Gaga is shown again in a brief shot. As the bridge ends, gaga is shown insanely pulsating and dancing.

The Final chorus starts with the Dancing Gaga, Dancing alone. Then a shot of the Mugler Gaga, dancing to the Mugler Man, whipping her hair back and forth. lol. The Mugler Gaga Starts dancing some choreography.

The last part starts with a shot of the Embryo Gaga singing the lines, and the Dancing Gaga in a pool of placenta.

The final lines are sung and a shot of the Gloved Gaga, Sporting pure white gloves, (which i presume to be a tribute to Michael Jackson). And a brief shot of the gloved Gaga is shown, shedding a single tear. Gaga rides off in a unicorn, and the Video ends.

OVERALL RATING: 5 Stars

You may say this is obviously biased but I really am in love with this Video. You may Say that this is satanic but the Skeleton Gaga is a reference to the Mugler Fashion. You may say this is sick but I say it's artistic. This video and song is the new anthem for all the oppressed. And Finally, Lady Gaga is not Illuminati. She is a full pledged catholic. The Birth scene may be graphic but It's the birth of a new race without hate and prejudice.  This Video is the best Gaga has done YET.
